Is SoulMonk App really Anonymous?
SoulMonk App is 100% Anonymous for users. Helpers can never know who they are talking to on the SoulMonk App. This creates a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to receive emotional support and guidance. .
If SoulMonk App is anonymous then why am I required to signup using my mobile number and OTP ?
You are required to signup using mobile authentication so that if you mistakenly logout of your app or change your phone, you can easily retrieve your wallet balance and your money is not lost :).
